The Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs Web Design Program offers everything needed to create, post and maintain a professional municipal website.
Web Design Program Features Include:
- WordPress Website – WordPress is an easy to use content management system that can be customized to your municipalities needs.
- Managed WordPress Hosting – Includes semi annual website review/updates by a WordPress technician, website backup management (30 days of backups), and more.
- Domain Name – Domain purchases, yearly renewals, transfers, and DNS management are all offered through the program.
- 7 Hours of Time (Renews Yearly) – Time may be used however you want throughout your enrolled year. Time may be used for development, website updates, WordPress training, etc. Upon yearly renewal, the time on your account is reset back to 7 hours. Additional time available.
- Online Forms – Implement contact forms, surveys, applications, and more through online forms on your site.
- Document Management System – Upload, manage, and display documents on your website. Documents can include meeting minutes, agendas, ordinances, permit applications, and more.
- Public Alert – Display public alerts and other important notices on your site with the public alert system.
- Announcements/News – Keep your residents informed of the latest happenings around your municipality.
Optional & Add-On Features Include:
- Increased Website Hosting Storage Available – If your site requires more storage than what is included in the Web Design Program, additional storage is available (additional fees apply).
- Online Calendar – Display local events, municipal meetings, important deadlines and more through a calendar embedded on your site.
- Professional Graphic Design – Clean up a pixelated logo or have a logo created from scratch. Graphic design services also include infographics, brochures, etc.
- Payment Gateway Integrations – Collect payments for pavilion rentals, trash bills, etc. through online forms of your site.

- Analytics – Want to see how many people are accessing your site and what pages are viewed the most? Analytics is a perfect tool to see the traffic to your site.
